Wendy Kerr - Profile

Over the past 5 years as General Manager of 3 new media start-ups, Wendy has driven and managed significant change in organisations. From this experience, she realised that the best way to affect change in an organisation is to start with the individual. This is what led her to train as an Executive Life Coach. Here she enhanced her ability to work with individuals to get them to where they want to be.

When Wendy left London for Tokyo in 2003, she decided to combine her rich experience in creating new businesses, change management and coaching to create Momentum Coaching and Change Management.

Wendy has had over 15 years experience in marketing and general management in a range of industries and countries. Before her move to Tokyo, she was General Manager at a new media start-up in London. Beginning her career in marketing at Colgate-Palmolive she then moved to the faster paced IT and telecommunications industries. She joined an internet start up – quicken.com.au, where she was a key member of team that built the business and led the start-up to a successful IPO.

Moving to London in 2000, she joined FT.com as the General Manager of their personal finance website. From there she joined Pearson Broadband – a start-up business of Pearson plc.

Wendy has a Bachelor of Commerce, is an NLP Practitioner and an International Coach Federation Member.
